The Netherlands Commercial Court (NCC District Court and NCC Court of Appeal) is a forum which allows parties to resolve international disputes and litigate in English. It is specialised in hearing international Dutch and non-Dutch commercial or civil law disputes. The NCC is a specialized chamber to the Amsterdam District Court (Rechtbank Amsterdam) and its judgments are rendered in English. For appeals against NCC judgments, the NCC Court of Appeal will form part of the Amsterdam Court of Appeal (Gerechtshof Amsterdam) as a dedicated chamber.
